The challenge with this VHS package (yeah, this is an old job) is the Health Department wanted to use grainy video capture. So to hide the low quality, I went lurid, with the feeling of a horror movie, only one about the horrors of leftover rat poison and turpentine, rather than zombies and career politicians.
