This is a local, Utah mountain I illustrated to sell brine shrimp to southeast Asian shrimp farmers. I was told this was voted, “best artemia label ever.” EVER? Who keeps track of these things?
Artemia is brine shrimp eggs. They’re shipped to Asia, hatched, then the “Sea Monkeys” provide food for shrimp ranchers. I have no idea how they come up with these brands. It’s like a different culture or something.
One of a set of b/w illustrations created for menu. I later transformed it into a color version, which meant I had to figure out what, exactly, I had stuffed the sandwich with.
A couple of very different ads for SLTATC, used in very different locations. How hard would it be if your dad was the Monopoly guy?
Nothing says “Broadway touring shows” like little people with big noses, a cow and a beaver.
