A bag drawn in pencil, tickets in Illustrator, compiled and shaded in Photoshop. Who needs reality?
A couple of ads, color and b/w in the “It’s not make believe” campaign. I found the image of the crown on a photo of the Swedish royal palace. I knew that photo of the Swedish royal palace would come in handy.
The hotel is across the street from the state’s premier performing arts venue, so we played on all that in theater playbill ads.
These ads are catalog sheets, so they have more information than a consumer ad. We’re showing two of the company’s products—as well as their packaging and my funky Kokopelli sand-drawing, to boot!
A catalog ad designed for promoting to potential retailers, it is more informational than a consumer ad. But, of course, they’re just as drawn by the juxtaposition of the deep blues setting off the jewel-like cards.
